Adopting a dog through Taber Lost Paws Society is a wonderful experience. From the first meet and greet to the final paperwork, a team of TLPS Board Members and our Kennel Manager are on hand to respond to your updates, and help with any issues that may develop.
We believe that relationships take time to establish, so we encourage a short term period to ensure that everyone gets along, humans and other animals, and that the dog will flourish in their new home. After a maximum period of two months, we will proceed with the final adoption. All dogs who are adopted from TLPS are spayed or neutered, have their current vaccines, and are microchipped (which will be changed to your name). The best part is the announcement on Facebook when we show pictures of another happy dog finding their forever home.
